Vodafone Turkey (rebranded from Telsim in 2007) has been part of the Vodafone Group since 2005. Vodafone Turkey has more than 17 million network subscribers. In the second half of 2009 Vodafone Turkey rolled out their 3G network and in conjunction with this major investment, the need for more sophisticated customer service and device support emerged. Vodafone Turkey has articulated a strong focus on being number 1 in customer service in Turkey and has followed up with a range of projects and investment to meet that customer obligation. The WorldManuals Mobile SupportWare solution went live in January 2010 with implementations in both Vodafone call centers and on the Vodafone Internet homepage, covering mainly Smartphones and Mobile Broadband.
