Identifying expectations and needs
Initiating a project is simple. If you show interest in our solution, we will start up by paying you a visit to elaborate on the possibilities of our solutions and listen to your needs and requirements.
Subsequently, we will propose a solution tailored to your specific needs and send you an indicative proposal.

Initiating a project
If you find our proposal interesting, we will form the contractual premises together with you, and start up a project initiated by a workshop. The goal of the workshop is to gather all the necessary information in order to present a complete solution that among other things covers the operator specific settings and 'look and feel' of your company.

Prior to the workshop we will propose an agenda, and send you some of the questions and issues that we will need to discuss. This way you will have an exact idea what the workshop is about.
The project requires that you allocate a Project Leader in order to ensure a consistent communication.
The workshop requires that you allocate the right persons with the right knowledge about the operator specific settings and also the IT-related issues connected to the implementation.

Carrying out the project plan
After the workshop has been completed, and the scale of the project has been determined, we will form a project plan. WorldManuals will be responsible for carrying out the start-up project, however, some of the elements during this phase will need your involvement as well, i.e. the same persons that were involved in the workshop.

Typically, a start-up project will consist of two main tracks; a content track and an application track that again are divided into sub-tracks. The content track will typically involve a master manual that ultimately should be approved by you. The application track will typically involve the development, testing and implementation of the applications and design. These elements will need your approval too.

The duration of an implementation vary, depending on the scale and mix of applications. However, typically the implementation takes app. 3 months, after the workshop has been initiated.

Launching the solution
When the solution is ready for launch, we will visit you again and refresh best practices for implementing the solutions, as the right initiatives are the very key to success. We will assist you in training CSR's if needed, and the daily procedures, like the handling of handsets and updating content, will be agreed during this meeting too.

Following-up on the launch
When the solution has been launched and online for app. 3 months, we will pay you another visit and look at the application usage with the help of our reporting tool. We will discuss the implementation, and together we will make sure that all the necessary initiatives have been taken.

Going into 'cruise mode'
You will be taken through the process step by step, and after the solution has been launched we will continue the high-level service by sending weekly updates that include delivery plans and statistics of the application usage. In addition, we will visit you 1-2 times annually in order to ensure that you continuously have everything you need.
