Delivery of support information for 200+ mobile devices annually in multiple languages requires know-how, efficiency and state-of-the art technology. At WorldManuals our key competences are technical writing, translation/localisation and application development.

Our team of technical writers analyses the complete functionality of the mobile devices and writes the appropriate instructions for use. The team is also responsible for adding information about client specific settings and services to the instructions. All technical writers hold master degrees in communication and/or technical language (Master of Arts, Master of Computational Linguistics, etc.). All members of the technical writing team are continuously educated in the technology behind mobile communication devices and networks, as well as in the WorldManuals style guide and writing standards.

Our team of translators - all native speaking - work in a close relationship with the technical writers to produce high quality translations. The translators also work in direct contact with our clients to ensure proper localisation of the support information. All translators hold master's degrees in translation.

Finally, our application development team is responsible for the development and maintenance of client applications and internal development tools. It is the objective of this team to ensure a smooth integration of our applications with our clients' intranet and Internet websites, while making sure that the application interface is consistent with design guidelines.
